Hey Jon how is Kate supposed to pay the house payment on "your" house?!

As usual Jon is lieing! This time it is about the email he received, from Kate, regarding the twins birthday!  Jon delibertly leaves out the part of the email where Kate offers to give up her weekend time to Jon so he can spend the weekend with the twins and continue celebrating their 9th Birthday with them.
